Miroir Miroir by Chanel

Conceptualized by Creative Director of CHANEL Make Up, Peter Philips, Miroir Miroir is intended to be a teaser for the coming lipstick event that CHANEL is launching around the Rouge Allure line. What we have here, though, is a reel of hypnotic, celestial moving landscape that true to the lipstick line’s name, will allure even the most skeptical viewer. A model is seen with face encrusted with diamonds, panning out into a kaleidoscopic and dream-like and entrancing realm. The jangles of accompanying music further adds to the mysterious aura of the film, and its oriental feel could be credited to Philips being heavily inspired by the Paris-Bombay Show last December. Lipstick launch aside, you’d have to watch this for yourself to know how enchanting this whole video really is.
