Noise Singapore 2010
Noise Singapore basically does what it says on the tin in its efforts to create the biggest racket for our young and budding creative talents. An initiative of the National Arts Council, Noise hits the road for its fifth year to drum up entries for its 2010 edition. The new year will see Noise offering a Noise Singapore Prize of a $5000 grant to the top artist in each open category. So whether you're wielding a guitar, paintbrush or camera, sign up, make some noise and get yourself heard.Youths under 35, drop your submissions for art & design, music and photography at www.noisesingapore.com from now till 1 November.
