Because Eastpak’s got its fashion face forward, it was only about time they called up Christopher Shannon for a collab. This guy’s designing career has only been going from strength to strength: having graduated from Central St. Martins, he’s worked with peeps like Kim Jones and Judy Blame, and in 2008, had a neat debut showing at London Fashion Week. His first big-scale ‘do for Eastpak sees him re-interpret the brand’s iconic products (like the Pinnacle and Padded Pak’r) with new fabrics, colours, unique hardware and a specially designed embossed branding. It looks fresh, feels cool and most likely, tastes the same.
